We had a great time showcasing this restoration in our studio, from the cleaning process right though to puttying it was a fun project to work on and share a little of the magic that happens in a the work of a restoration. As you can see from the images the before and after is quite significant. A large part of restoration is cleaning and matching the antique glass, with a little more time in iso Mick has been sorting through our salvaged antique glass and with much patience found glass to fit this window. This stunning yet simple design catches the light and we see the hint of the world outside, in a dim time it nice to remember beauty and simplicity exist and still touch our lives.
